The XC909MD multi-channel bus numerical control system is a new generation of numerical control system developed by our company. It can support up to four channels for engraving, milling, drilling, and tapping. It adopts the EtherCAT bus, utilizes real-time multi-task control technology and hardware interpolation technology, with full linkage and high-speed short-line segment forward algorithm. The interpolation accuracy is 0.0001mm, and the maximum speed is 30 meters per minute. It is the best choice for engraving machines, machining centers, drilling and tapping centers, CNC milling machines, and CNC drilling machines.
Hardware and software features of the XC909MD numerical control system:
★ Based on a 32-bit microprocessor, one channel can manage 5 processing axes (1 spindle and 1 tool magazine axis), with a 0.0001mm interpolation accuracy and a maximum speed of 30 meters per minute.
★ It uses the EtherCAT bus, with up to 16 drivers and 16 bus motors. Additionally, 2 pulse, 2 analog quantity, and 2 encoders are used for the spindle.
★ It uses a 10.4-inch color LCD with a resolution of 800×600, a Windows interface style. It is equipped with 10 soft function keys, making operation simple and easy to learn. It provides rich display interfaces such as parameter classification, alarm log, and system diagnosis, facilitating debugging and maintenance.
★ International standard G instructions, compatible with FANUC system instructions.
★ Simplified programming G instructions, supporting drilling cycles, tapping cycles, internal and external thread milling, circular internal grooves, and rectangular internal groove rough and fine milling simplified instructions.
★ Full-screen editing of part programs, with 4G massive program space, supporting folder management, and convenient classification management of processing files.
★ It has a USB interface, supporting U disk file reading and writing, and data backup.
★ The machine has 62 inputs (6 dedicated), which can be expanded to 110 points. It has 39 outputs, which can be expanded to 103 points, providing flexibility and convenience.
★ Chinese and English operation interfaces, complete help information, making operation more convenient.
★ The system adopts interpolation pre-acceleration and deceleration control.
★ Supports tool length and tool compensation and complete radius tool compensation.
